My partner Chris and I are touring the country in a motorhome as part of a marketing campaign for her work. While living on the road, I will be writing a cookbook as well as this blog which will journal my experiences with eating local, seasonal and organic. Although, I am not at all opposed to a food truck or hole in the wall diner if they have good LOCAL chow! Enjoy
